Prem Puthur

Founder & CEO

In 2004, Prem started Telenetix to have a world class technology center to enhance Interlink’s capabilities to get the best out of India’s expertise in software design and development. Prem has 40 years of technology experience and is responsible for the direction of all technology initiatives for the enterprise. Prior to Telenetix, Prem was the Chief Technology Officer for 10 years with Sutherland Global Services, at Rochester, New York based company and took a company with just a few hundred employees to a Global enterprise of 30000+ employees spanning 8 countries. He received his Bachelor’s degree from IIT Kharagpur and Master’s from Rutgers University.

Sharath K Shetty

Co-Founder

Sharath co-founded Telenetix in 2004 and managed it for 16 years. In a career that spans three decades, Sharath has mostly worked on leading edge technologies, overseeing the development of niche products in computer telephony and healthcare area. He has built and trained teams with R&D competencies in enterprise telephony, distributed computing, & enterprise application integration. He has a BE from Bangalore Institute of Technology and an MBA from Edinburgh Business School.

Thammanna J. J.

Operations Director

As a seasoned Software developer with 15 + years of experience in the enterprise telephony domain, Thammanna is one of the senior most engineers at Telenetix and his contribution to the company’s growth over the years is invaluable . As a passionate people-oriented leader he has overseen the development of many successful products and has been instrumental in creating a culture of co-operation and camaraderie among his team members . After taking over as the Operations Director a few years ago, Thammanna is responsible for project management and implementation. With his calm temperament and positive attitude, he makes sure that his team members perform with high efficiency under stressful conditions that is so common during the deployment phase. Under his patronage, the operations team at Telenetix has continuously enhanced the product capabilities by incorporating new features based on customer feedback.

Deepak P M Sujir

Program Director

With 12+ years of telecom software development experience, Deepak is one of the key leaders driving the product development and innovation at Telenetix. With his critical and strategic thinking skills he has been instrumental in developing technical aspects of the company’s strategies. As a Program Director his key responsibilities include product enhancement & hardening, developing and setting quality assurance benchmarks and spearheading new feature additions that are in line with market expectations. Deepak and his dedicated team of Quality Assurance engineers work closely with operations and development teams making sure that every product is thoroughly tested and delivered successfully, striving to achieve the best possible turnaround time for new version releases.

Sujaya Shetty

Administrator (HR,Liaison,Facility)

With over 20 years of experience Sujaya administers staff management, human resources including recruitment, maintaining staff records and policies and office management. Sujaya is responsible for building and maintaining a positive working relationships through effective employee relations strategies.

Manoj Kumar

Accounting Manager

With over 15 years of experience in Accounting, Manoj is responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s daily operations of the accounting department. He monitors and analyzes accounting data and produces financial reports and statements. He manages payroll, accounts payables/receivables and customer invoicing.
